At the outset of this project at Redington Close, Boothstown, Worsley, we identified an excellent opportunity to maximise the unused loft space and transform it into practical, comfortable living accommodation. The goal was to create additional bedrooms while maintaining a seamless connection with the rest of the home and ensuring the new space felt bright, functional, and well integrated.
To achieve this, we carried out a full loft conversion, carefully designed to make the most of the available roof space. This transformation allowed us to create new bedrooms, providing valuable additional living space while significantly increasing the overall functionality of the property.
As part of the project, we also installed a modern shower room, offering convenience and practicality for the new upper-level accommodation. The addition of this facility ensures the loft space functions as a fully self-contained and comfortable living area.
The staircase leading to the new floor was completed with handrails and spindles, designed to match the existing interior while providing both safety and a clean, finished aesthetic. Careful attention was given to ensure the new staircase integrated naturally with the home’s layout.
The combined effect of these improvements has completely transformed the previously unused loft into a bright and practical living space. Through thoughtful planning and high-quality workmanship, this project at Redington Close demonstrates how a well-executed loft conversion can dramatically enhance both the functionality and value of a home.
